Long before Human Design readings, the work was physical: sports therapy in Manchester, yoga training in Rishikesh, massage practice in Helsinki. The body was always the entry point, and it still is.
The premise
Most people encounter Human Design through reading and analysis. The understanding accumulates while the daily experience stays the same. The gap closes when the body gets involved.
Transformation is cellular. It happens in the tissues and the nervous system, the places the mind cannot reach through analysis alone. When you learn to feel what your body knows rather than interpret what your chart says, the experiment becomes real.
How we work
Sessions are tailored to the person in the room. What shows up that day, in that body, is the curriculum.
